I saw the car I wanted on the website prior to viewing - easily contacted via WhatsApp and organised a viewing, test drove and took the car away the same day. Couple of issues came up and Mark was so helpful and supportive and without questions took the car back and offered to sort or give back my money if I wasn’t happy. Luckily it was something minor (nothing that would have easily been picked up on test drive) and I have my new car. Which I’m very happy with. Nothing but a great service!!

Hands down the nicest people I've ever dealt with when buying a used car. Mark and Hayley of markonecars are 2 of the nicest people you will ever deal with when buying a used car. Super friendly, no pressure, will leave you alone to look over any car you are interested in buying without hovering over you. They have trade plates ready for you to take the car on a test drive. The cars at their place are all super clean and they put alot of effort into making sure that all the cars are spotless, even detailing alloy wheels and carrying out full service and mot for you as well. They really do try to source the best of the bunch of used cars so that they can sell them on without worry. I started to purchased a car from them on Friday and by Monday I had to pull out of the sale because of a sudden financial problem at my end and Hayley and Mark were very understanding and refunded me what I had already paid without any pressure whatsoever. Because of my experience with them I will definitely be back in a few months to purchase a car because they are genuinely nice people and I feel bad that I let them down.

I was on the lookout for a new car for myself, I was being very specific with my criteria and found "the one" with these guys.

The vehicle in question is 14 years old but the preparation that Mark One Cars done made it look a fraction of its age.

I purchased the vehicle over the phone only looking at the images online. You just know that when a "small" independent dealer takes the time to do good quality photos, it's going to be a good one so a brilliant first impression.

I recently did a part exchange deal with Mark. I found him to be friendly, fair and easy to deal with - and not pushy at all. The whole process was straightforward. I was very happy with my purchase. However, due to circumstances outside of Mark's control (a mistake by a third party) a problem quickly developed with my new car, which resulted in two components being replaced by my local garage. Mark assured me that he would reimburse me once the work was done - which he did, immediately and without hesitation. A gentleman!

These things were alloy refurbs, stone chips filled and a full valet which were all done perfectly! rom when we first arrived to completing the sale, we were made to feel very welcome and were able to look round the car ourselves and in our own time without feeling pressurised from the dealer. We were able to have discussions amongst ourselves without feeling like we were being listened to which made the experience very chilled out and smooth. We were able to take as long as we liked to look around the car in a very non-pressurising environment. The dealer is a very approachable and sociable guy who was very professional and the standard of the service we had was exemplary. We were able to test drive the car, with suitable safety measures put in place and the after care post-sale was outstanding as well. Mark One has a great set of really select cars to choose from that are presented with showroom level detailing. We fell for a JCW Paceman that we were able to take for a fully COVID-19 safe test drive. There was no pressure or hard-sell - the collection of cars is so good, they do the talking. Would definitely recommend viewing the stock as you’d be hard pressed to find better. And everything was taken care of exactly as promised from start to finish.
